Return Policy

Return policy = 30 days from the date of purchase. If it's past 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Those items include: opened packages, items not in the original packaging, and items used or modified in any way by the Purchaser.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and a Return Authorization Number.  RA numbers can be requested by emailing: support@balerwire.com

All Return Authorizations will provide a "ship to" address which will be required as the receiving location to return your item(s).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing contents for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after date of purchase

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.  Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve completed the steps above and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: support@balerwire.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective, damaged upon receipt, or if you did not receive what you ordered.  If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at: support@balerwire.com.  Instructions will be sent via email with the exchange approval, item(s) being replaced, along with the "ship to" address of where to send your item(s).  Shipments sent to any other address than one provided by email instruction from "support@balerwire.com" will not be accepted or exchanged.

Shipping
To return your product, please email support@balerwire.com, requesting shipping instructions for your item(s).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable for order errors made by the Purchaser.  If we've sent you the wrong product or a defective item, we will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost other than the original freight charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider always using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that all shipped items will reach their intended destination.
